|  | | Packing luggage for David and I and two others we were traveling with to head to the airport. Think of a small Honda Accord hatchback, 4-door, and you have the picture... 5 people (with the driver), and 6 suitcases. |

Overnight in Delhi

|  | | Our hotel in Delhi for one night before heading to Kathmandu, Nepal. All mattresses in India are about 4" thick, and very firm. We traveled with just two suitcases and two backpacks. The ride to the hotel raised my blood pressure a bit, and my eyes were as wide as saucers as we passed cars and trucks and busses within a hairsbreadth! Eeeek! |

Road Map

|  | | David and I flew into Delhi, then from there flew to Kathmandu, Nepal and stayed there for a week. Once back in Delhi, we stayed a week there, a week in Varanasi (southeast), four days in Lucknow, then back to Delhi. We took trains throughout India. |
